If the automatic installation in the app or scanning the QR code isn’t an option, don’t worry! You can still manually install your get eSIM in just 2 minutes. 

If you were trying to install it through the app and ran into an error, don’t worry—the app will automatically display the necessary codes and step-by-step instructions for manual installation.

Watch Out: If you’re setting up your get eSIM without the app, you’ll need the activation codes from your confirmation email. Make sure you have access to your email before starting!

1. Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM.

2. Select Use QR Code → choose Enter Details Manually.

3. Enter the SM-DP Address and Activation Code provided in your confirmation email.

4. Tap Add Data Plan to complete the setup.

Having trouble? Let’s troubleshoot together:

2. Check that your device is compatible with eSIM technology (check the devices list here).

3. Ensure you have an active internet connection.
