 My setting up isn't working, What should I do?  

Have you tried setting up your get eSIM automatically through our app? If not, give it a go now—it’s the easiest way!

If the automatic installation of your get eSIM isn’t working, don’t worry. The app will automatically show you two alternative installation options:

  • QR Code Installation
  • Manual Installation

You’ll see all the necessary codes along with a step-by-step guide to help you complete the setup.

What should I do if I didn’t receive /lost my confirmation email?  

First, check your spam or junk folder—it might have ended up there. Look for an email from get eSIM travel with the subject "Install your get eSIM".

Can´t find it? Make sure you're checking the right email inbox—the confirmation email was sent to the address used during your purchase.

 How do I manually install my eSIM on iPhone?  

If the automatic installation in the app or scanning the QR code isn’t an option, don’t worry! You can still manually install your get eSIM in just 2 minutes

If you were trying to install it through the app and ran into an error, don’t worry—the app will automatically display the necessary codes and step-by-step instructions for manual installation.

Watch Out: If you’re setting up your get eSIM without the app, you’ll need the activation codes from your confirmation email. Make sure you have access to your email before starting!

1. Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM.

2. Select Use QR Code → choose Enter Details Manually.

3. Enter the SM-DP Address and Activation Code provided in your confirmation email.

4. Tap Add Data Plan to complete the setup.

How do I manually install my eSIM on Android?

1. Go to SettingsConnections → Tap SIM Manager.

2. Under eSIM, select Add eSIM.

3. Choose Scan QR Code from service provider → Tap Enter activation code.

4. Paste the LPA code from your confirmation email and confirm by selecting Connect.

5. Tap Add and wait for the setup to complete. If prompted for a PIN code, you’ll find it in your confirmation email.

What should I do if the eSIM is stuck activating on my device?

No need to worry—this is all part of the usual activation process. Just relax and give it a little time. While you wait, you can check if your device is already connected by reviewing your network settings.

My get eSIM is not working. What should I do?

If you're experiencing problems with your get eSIM, follow these steps:

1. Ensure Your get eSIM is Installed and Active. Need help installing? Click here.

2. Turn on Data Roaming

iPhone: Open SettingsMobile DataMobile Data Options → Enable Data Roaming.

Android: Open SettingsNetwork & Internet (or Connections) → Mobile Network → Enable Data Roaming.

3. Set Your get eSIM as the Default for Mobile Data:

iPhone:Go to SettingsMobile Data → Ensure your get eSIM is selected as the active SIM for Mobile Data.

Android: Open SettingsNetwork & Internet (or Connections) → SIM Cards & Mobile Networks → Confirm your get eSIM is set as the active SIM for Mobile Data.

4. Check if You're Connected to the Right Network Operator:

Find the list of supported operators here.

iPhone: Open SettingsMobile Data → Select your get eSIM plan → Check the current operator. To view others, tap Network Selection, then turn off Automatic. Wait for the correct network operator to appear, and select it.

Android: Open SettingsNetwork & Internet (or Connections) → Tap Mobile Network → Check the current operator. To see others, select Network Selection and turn off Automatic. Wait for the correct network operator (from the list) to appear, and select it.

Note: If there’s more than one network provider on the list, try switching between them. There may be a temporary issue with the operator in your region.

5. Reset the Network by Using Airplane Mode:
Turn Airplane Mode on, wait a few seconds, then turn it off.

I'm experiencing slow network speeds. What can I do?

This could be a temporary issue or due to coverage or saturation in your area. We recommend verifying that you're connected to the correct network operator for your location. You can find the list of supported operators here.

How to check and switch network operators:

iPhone:

1. Open Settings → Mobile Data.

2. Under your mobile plan, select your get eSIM plan.

3. Check the current operator.

4. To view other available operators, tap Network Selection, then turn off Automatic to see a list of networks.

5. If you're experiencing issues, try switching between the available operators as there may be a temporary issue with the one you're connected to.

Android:

1. Open Settings → Network & Internet (or Connections).

2. Tap Mobile Network.

3. Check the current operator under Network Operator.

4. To explore other networks, select Network Selection, then disable Automatic to see the available operators.

Pro Tip:

Turning Airplane Mode on and off can force a network reset and may resolve your issue.
