My QR code isn't working. How do I manually install my eSIM on Android?
If downloading the link or scanning the QR code isn’t working, don’t worry! You can install your get eSIM manually in just 2 minutes.
Follow these steps (also included in the confirmation email):
1. Go to Settings → Connections → Tap SIM Manager.
2. Under eSIM, select Add eSIM.
3. Choose Scan QR Code from service provider → Tap Enter activation code.
4. Paste the LPA code from your confirmation email and confirm by selecting Connect.
5. Tap Add and wait for the setup to complete. If prompted for a PIN code, you’ll find it in your confirmation email.
