How do I set up my eSIM using get eSIM app (Recommended) ?  

Setting up your eSIM is simple and seamless:

1. Download the app to get the best installation experience.

Don't have our app yet? Download it here now.

2. Log in using the email from your purchase to sync your eSIM to the app. If you bought it through the app, you’ll find it under My eSIMs.

3. Install your eSIM automatically by selecting it in My eSIMs and tapping Install.

4. Activate your connection by turning on data roaming when you arrive at your destination.

Don’t forget:

Make sure Data Roaming its enabled when you arrive.

  • Open Settings → Mobile Data → Mobile Data Options → Enable Data Roaming if it’s not already on.

Optional: Label your data plan for easy identification.

How do I know my get ID?

You can find your get ID in our app. Log in with the email you used to purchase your get eSIM, go to “My eSIMs”, and tap “View Details” on the eSIM in question—you’ll see your get ID there.

It’s also available in your confirmation email- Look for an email from get eSIM travel with the subject “Install your get eSIM.”- or welcome SMS. It's a 9-digit code that starts with 9. Keep an eye out for these messages, and you'll have your get ID ready to go!


 How do I know my Order ID?  

You can find your Order ID easily in two places:

In our app – Go to “My eSIMs”, select the eSIM in question, and tap “View Details”. Your Order ID will be there.

In your email – Check the email with the subject ‘Install your get eSIM’ that we sent after your purchase.

Keep this information handy, and you’ll always have quick access to your Order ID whenever you need it!

1. Check your inbox;

2. Look for the email from get eSIM travel titled “Install your get eSIM” (ideally with a second screen).

3. Scan the QR code and simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

How can I log in into get’s account?

To log in to the get app, simply open it and tap "My Account", then "Sign In". No password needed! You’ll receive a secure login token via email. If you’ve made purchases before, make sure to log in using the same email you used to buy your get eSIMs—this way, they’ll be automatically linked to your account.

Once logged in, you’ll have access to extra benefits like managing your eSIMs, checking your data usage, and more.

How can I delete my get account?

To delete your account, open our app and go to My Account > Account Info > Delete Account.

Note: This will erase all your data, including your history and access to your get eSIMs.

 My setting up isn't working, What should I do?  

Have you tried setting up your get eSIM automatically through our app? If not, give it a go now—it’s the easiest way!

If the automatic installation of your get eSIM isn’t working, don’t worry. The app will automatically show you two alternative installation options:

  • QR Code Installation
  • Manual Installation

You’ll see all the necessary codes along with a step-by-step guide to help you complete the setup.

What should I do if I didn’t receive /lost my confirmation email?  

First, check your spam or junk folder—it might have ended up there. Look for an email from get eSIM travel with the subject "Install your get eSIM".

Can´t find it? Make sure you're checking the right email inbox—the confirmation email was sent to the address used during your purchase.

If you think there was a mistake with your email entry, send us a message at [email protected], and we’ll help you sort it out.


 How do I manually install my eSIM on iPhone?  

If the automatic installation in the app or scanning the QR code isn’t an option, don’t worry! You can still manually install your get eSIM in just 2 minutes

If you were trying to install it through the app and ran into an error, don’t worry—the app will automatically display the necessary codes and step-by-step instructions for manual installation.

Watch Out: If you’re setting up your get eSIM without the app, you’ll need the activation codes from your confirmation email. Make sure you have access to your email before starting!

1. Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM.

2. Select Use QR Code → choose Enter Details Manually.

3. Enter the SM-DP Address and Activation Code provided in your confirmation email.

4. Tap Add Data Plan to complete the setup.
