You can find your get ID in our app. Log in with the email you used to purchase your get eSIM, go to “My eSIMs”, and tap “View Details” on the eSIM in question—you’ll see your get ID there.
It’s also available in your confirmation email- Look for an email from get eSIM travel with the subject “Install your get eSIM.”- or welcome SMS. It's a 9-digit code that starts with 9. Keep an eye out for these messages, and you'll have your get ID ready to go!
You can find your Order ID easily in two places:
In our app – Go to “My eSIMs”, select the eSIM in question, and tap “View Details”. Your Order ID will be there.
In your email – Check the email with the subject ‘Install your get eSIM’ that we sent after your purchase.
Keep this information handy, and you’ll always have quick access to your Order ID whenever you need it!

When your trip comes to an end, you can easily turn off your get eSIM by following these steps:
iPhone:
Open Settings > Go to Mobile Data > Mobile Data Plans > Select the get eSIM you want to manage > Turn off Data Plan to deactivate it.
Android:
Open Settings > Navigate to Network & Internet (or Connections) > SIM cards & mobile networks > Select the get eSIM you want to manage > Turn off the eSIM to deactivate it.
In case you want to permanently delete the eSIM from your device, just select Delete eSIM on your get eSIM details, depending on your device model.
