How do I know my get ID?

You can find your get ID in your welcome email or welcome SMS. It's a 9-digit code that starts with 9. Keep an eye out for these messages, and you'll have your get ID ready to go!  


How do I know my purchase ID?

Your purchase ID is provided in your welcome email and on the success screen after your purchase. Keep an eye out for these messages, and you'll easily find your purchase ID.  


How long does it take for an eSIM QR code to arrive?

Your eSIM QR code should arrive immediately via email upon completion of your purchase. We understand the importance of quick access to your eSIM, so we've streamlined the process to ensure you can start using it right away. Check your inbox shortly after your purchase, and you'll find your eSIM QR code ready for installation. Make sure you check the spam box also.  


When is the best time to buy and set up my eSIM?  

You can purchase your eSIM anytime—it’s ready when you are! However, we recommend activating your eSIM just before embarking on your journey to ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection during setup.

Keep in mind that your plan begins as soon as it’s activated, so activating it closer to your travel date ensures you make the most of your plan.

When does my get eSIM data plan start?

Your eSIM data plan activates immediately upon installation. Once the installation process is complete, your plan is live and ready to use. If you're not at your destination yet, don’t worry- remember to deactivate your plan until you arrive.

Can I use my SIM card and get eSIM at the same time?

Absolutely! You can use both your SIM card and get eSIM at the same time. Just indicate your preference for data and/or call line in your device settings. Keep in mind, though, that while you can install multiple eSIMs, only one can be active.  


Can I use two eSIMs at the same time?

No, you cannot have two eSIMs active at the same time. While you can install multiple eSIMs on your device, only one can be active at any given moment. This means you can switch between different eSIM profiles but cannot use two simultaneously. Remember to activate the eSIM you intend to use through your device settings.  


Can I use hotspot with my get eSIM?

Yes, you can use your get eSIM to create a hotspot and share your internet with other devices. While sharing your connection is convenient, please note that network speed may be impacted as it is divided between devices. We always recommend buying an get eSIM for each smartphone.   


Can I share an eSIM plan between multiple devices?

No, sharing an eSIM isn’t possible — but you can still stay connected!

Each device needs its own eSIM plan, customized to its specific needs. However, you can use your device’s hotspot feature to share your connection with others or across your devices. For the best experience, we recommend getting an individual get eSIM for each smartphone, so you can enjoy seamless connectivity and flexibility wherever you go!


Can I make phone calls and send messages with my get eSIM?

No, this is a data-only plan. However, with your get eSIM, you can make calls and send messages using internet-based platforms like WhatsApp, FaceTime, Messenger and others.

These apps offer convenient ways to stay connected with your loved ones and colleagues, ensuring that you can communicate seamlessly wherever you are.


Can I use whastapp with my get eSIM?

Yes, you can use your WhatsApp seamlessly via get network with your personal number. Whether you're sending messages, making calls, or sharing photos and videos, WhatsApp works perfectly fine with your get eSIM. Stay connected with friends and family without any limitations!


Where can I view my data usage?

To view your data usage, simply dial *111# from your device. It's completely free, and you'll receive the usage details immediately. Stay informed about your data usage effortlessly with this convenient method.  


What happens if I use up my data or exhaust the days of validity?

If you've used up all your data, don't worry! You can easily purchase an add-on to get back online and stay connected. If your eSIM's validity days have ended, you can also extend your validity and purchase more data through the same link. It’s quick and simple to stay connected!

Make sure to have your get ID ready when buying the add-on.

Please note that add-ons are only valid for your eSIM's destination. In case you want to buy data for another country please buy a new eSIM at our store. Happy travels!


When and how can I uninstall my get eSIM?

When your trip comes to an end, you can easily turn off your get eSIM by following these steps:

iPhone:

Open Settings > Go to Mobile Data > Mobile Data Plans > Select the get eSIM you want to manage > Turn off Data Plan to deactivate it.

Android:

Open Settings > Navigate to Network & Internet (or Connections) > SIM cards & mobile networks > Select the get eSIM you want to manage > Turn off the eSIM to deactivate it.

In case you want to permanently delete the eSIM from your device, just select Delete eSIM on your get eSIM details, depending on your device model.


Didn't use my eSIM. Can I return it?

If you haven’t activated your eSIM yet, consider saving it for future travels or as a backup—it’s a great way to stay prepared for seamless connectivity whenever you need it.
